There are a number of Office 365 plans available each with the range of options, selecting your ideal package can be a little confusing.

Alliance Solutions is a registered Microsoft partner. We can advise on which plan to go for, provision the licensees and configure the solution for your organisation.

Office 365 is perfect for charities and an attractive solution to most start-up businesses and it is easy to gauge your monthly hosted Email cost.  However, for some companies there could be a “tipping-point” where a purchased or leased Exchange Server solution could be more cost effective. We can do the number-crunching and offer you an biased view.

Office 365 for Businesses

Office 365 is available as either a Business Plan up to 300 licensed users or an Enterprise Plan for unlimited licensed users. Both the Business and Enterprise plans are available in three different options and you can also mix options and plans together.

Hosted Email only plans

If you already have Microsoft Office or you purchase the software with new PCs etc and only want to host your email you can opt for one of the Exchange Online Plans.

Exchange Online is available as a standalone service and there are two plans available at £2.50 / £5.00 per user per month, on an annual commitment and the licenses are unlimited. See for more details.

Office 365 for Charities

Qualified non-profits charities can receive Office 365 Nonprofit E1 (unlimited number of licenses) or Office 365 Nonprofit Business Essentials (unlimited number of licenses) free of charge as a donated licence.

Charities can also opt to upgrade to the advanced features in Office 365 Nonprofit E3 (maximum 300 licenses) or Office 365 Nonprofit Business Premium (unlimited number of licenses) at a significant discount see for more details.
