Many of our clients prefer to focus on their core business activities and give full responsibility for IT support to Alliance Solutions. We are effectively the outsourced IT Department.

Complementary IT Support

We can offer a tailored package to provide a complimentary support service to an IT Manager / IT team. This can include a range of network support services that are designed to ensure that your network runs smoothly and efficiently with the minimum of down time.

Generally the in-house IT manager / department with have in depth knowledge of the internal systems and we have a wealth of experience across many different customer networks, software and technologies. Harnessing the two skill set together provides a well-rounded combined IT support team.

In addition we can provide additional technical resource during major network / software upgrades and additional cover during times of holiday illness etc.
